The holiday villa, completely renovated inside, is strategically situated in a natural park  in the heart of Sicily, only 1, 9 miles from the medieval village of Polizzi Generosa. Nearby is the fishing town of Cefalu, renowned for its Arab-Norman cathedral. Palermo, main town of Sicily, is about an hour away by car.

The villa has a stunning 360 degree mountain view and is located in a perfectly quiet place at about 2300 feet above sea. It's away from the traffic but enough near to the town centre to enjoy its services. The location is ideal place for families with children or couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a large dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and kitchen. Upstairs a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Even during the hottest months of the year the house remains cool because of the thick walls and does not need air conditioning.

Outside the house there is a terrace with a barbecue, partially covered by a Virginia creeper vine that shade the dining area.

A few steps from the terrace is the swimming pool (the size of which is 40 to 20 feet) with a charming and beautiful landscape.

A beautiful attraction of the house is the authentic outdoor staircase of the eighteenth century.

The house is surrounded by about 3300 square feet of private garden fenced, with many flowering plants and an oak grove, ideal for children to play outside and do some walking.
