ELETTROMECCANICA MISILEO can offer a complete service according to the customer's needs, from the singolar component's supply to the order's complete management:
-Light/medium carpentry with the possibility to weld alluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel.
-Construction of mechanical components, milling and turning with both traditional machines and automatic ones. With the complete supply superficial treatments, heat treatments, painting and test certificate are included.
-Mouldes' manufacturing on 3D models or patterned surfaces on demand.
-Supply of complete machines and industrial plants with electrical, pneumatic and oleodinamic systems.
-Products' packaging and shipment.
Our workforce is of about 82 people including technicians, workers and employees.
The mechanic's workshop is about 2300 square meters large: in this area there are the machine tools, the semi-finished products' stock and a part of our offices.
The assembly department, about 2600 square meters large, can guarantee the possibility to assembly plants of medium/big dimension.
The carpentry department is about 200 square meters large: here we can weld parts of different dimension and some manufacturing on metal sheets.
Thanks to our work experience of about 40 years we have developped working systems and metods to ensure flexibility and an immediate response to every customer's request.
The informatic system is able to control the workers' presences and the works' progression to have a direct, complete and continuous control on the production.
Moreover it guarantees the complete order's management both on a production and accounting level with a continuous control on the stock and on external works.
In the programming CAM department we have 4 specialized technicians and WE use an advanced system able to work on files of different formats (DWG, DXF, IGES, CAOL, VDA, SET, STEP) both for the classic 2D and 3D works.
