Panorama is headed by Marco Valerio Pugini and Ute Leonhardt. Longtime collaborator Fabiomassimo Dell'Orco supervises schedules, budgets and production crews. They concentrate on the service production of international features, television projects and commercials. With the help of Linda Beath, Panorama has an active development and production department for international feature films and co-productions.

Over 20 feature film and TV drama projects have successfully been completed, with USA and UK based companies including Disney, Universal, Warner Bros., HBO, Dreamworks, CBS, Paramount and Film Four. During the past decade and a half, Panorama has been involved in over 125 commercials and promos, acting as producer, line producer, production manager or location manager for clients ranging from American Express to Volvo. It has also organized photo shoots for magazine advertisements, posters and page layouts for Elle, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar and In Style Magazine.

Panorama Films is developing, producing and co-producing feature film projects. It is mainly focusing on international co-productions and, as well, has a number of low budget Italian features for the domestic market.

Panorama's accounting and reporting systems meet North American and European Union standards. Its relationships with other producers and co-producers is pro-active and the company is known for its honesty, integrity and professionalism.

Panorama Films is involved with the European Film Academy and as instructor with several key European Media programmes. It is also participates in the Italian professional scene, as a member of all the key industry associations including APP-Association of Commercial Producers; API Association of Independent Producers and Authors; APE-Line Producers and Production Service Companies; and the Rome District of Audiovisual and ICT - between the Rome Town Hall, Confindustria and a selection of key companies operating in Rome.
