Since 1971, the Galvano family is engaged in the ancient art of meat processing with a particular attention to the world of the suine. The store, now historic, began as a small meat shop in via Sant'Antonino, in Raffadali, thanks to its founder Salvatore Galvano. Since 2010 the butcher's shop changed management and reopened in the new premises at number 12A via Bellini, thanks to his son Anthony, who from an early age learned all the secrets of the trade, thanks to the love and passion transfused from his father to this ancient work . With this precious luggage, Antonino, manages not only to become renowned with historical accounts of the "Bottega", but grows at the same time name, brand, credibility and customers, becoming a reference point for his city and beyond. Since the birth of Galvano's butchery in 1971 offers first quality meats and cured meats, the result of an ongoing dialogue with the breeders reference, and from this work and from this deep love is born the unique production of artisan cured meats of high quality, the typical sausage seasoned with different varieties of salami, offering delicious cacciatorini, capocolli, culatelli, loin, bacon and more. A production of delights of the past, from a recipe where love and his father's tradition blends with the passion and innovation of the child, in order to satisfy the palates of its customers and their guests.
