I rented an appartment with this company in August 2021 in Parma. The responsible who talk with me about the rent didn't inform that the area where the apartment is located is restricted to residents. We where never informed how to proceed before going there or at the time they delivery the keys. We only knew about this matter when we received 11 tickets !!!! Tickets regarding driving in a residents area! After several talk by email and they contact the municipality to ask how to solve this, they send us a paper to make an appeal to the justice of peace and of course, we need to pay the justice of peace + a legal representative or lawyer to go there representing us. As turists of course it's difficult for us to solve this, and after the 705,10€ / 979€ + 39€ x 11 that we need to pay both police and Sixt from the fines and taxes, this doesn't help us with nothing! They made a mistake, didn't warn us, we have this amount to pay and they don't want to be responsible and pay for any of this. This is not a professional company. 0 starts!
