DO NOT USE THIS STORE. We were sold a phone plan for iphone14 on 16/08 and were assured it would work. After completing the whole sign up process and paying we were then told we had to exchange the SIM card for an e-SIM but they didn't have it and we would need to go to another store. We tried 4 stores unsuccessfully only to eventually be told that it wasn't possible to switch and we would have to buy a new plan, and could not be refunded the old one. We also discovered that the person had entered our contact details incorrectly in the system so we could not receive information about our account.
