My important post from Belgian never arrives, never! I live in a small mountain town and it's like the postmen just ignore that this town even exists. I know it's hard to drive your car through this town but that said .. I NEED to be in correspondence with my Belgian bank, which always goes through post. Which never arrives! I need important documents from the Belgian government which also never arrive. This is a big problem for me and has gotten me in trouble with my Belgian bank, thanks to the incompetence of the Italian postal services. I should sue this institute for the problems and financial issues they have caused me due to this incompetence and unwillingness to do their damn job! I am a stay at home mother of a newborn, I am always home, I always get a message that the mail is "undeliverable" but that they tried. You did not try because I was home the whole time, you just did not even try to deliver and then lie to me about it.
